House of Ten

House of Ten is a Vancouver-based production company creating multi-media content for children and adults.

Ellery VanDooyeweert

Ellery VanDooyeweert has written on multiple animated series for Mondo Media including “City in Crisis” and “the Wrong Block” – two shows he co-created with Kevin Pavlovic and Sam Chou. Outside of his work with Mondo, Ellery worked as the head writer and head of development at Nitrogen Studios Canada where he has written for various projects including the children’s CG series “The Red Canoe” and a few other exciting projects that are soon to be announced. Ellery has also helped develop many other series and shorts for other studios and creators including the award winning “Writer’s Duel” and was the sole Canadian writer hired to write on Thomas the Tank Engine for Hit Entertainment in London.

When not writing/creating, Ellery works as an editor at Cinesite Animation on the upcoming Addams Family feature for MGM. Previous to The Addams Family, Ellery has edited on Seth Rogen and Even Goldberg’s, R-Rated CG animated, “Sausage Party” and Guillermo Del Toro’s “Troll Hunters”.

Kevin Pavlovic

Kevin Pavlovic has worked in the animation industry for 20 years. He started his career as a Traditional Assistant Animator working on such projects as “Space Jam”, “Prince of Egypt” and “Eldorado” and as an Animator on numerous TV series and commercials. He had produced, directed and edited a variety of online shorts and when the industry shifted to computer animation, he changed his focus towards editing. After working as the Editor on over 80 episodes and 4 DVD features of “Thomas and Friends”, Kevin was asked to helm the Editor position on “Sausage Party, where he was able to bring his keen sense for timing, and his passion for storytelling.
